- Manage last mile delivery operations for a dispatch center by examining items, destination and delivery timeline
- Monitor and supervise the dispatch workers to ensure that delivery operations are conducted as per the required SLA
- Ensure proper collaboration among multiple dispatch centers
- Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery and inventory reports
- Meet company’s performance expectations and ensure timely reporting & invoicing
What we require:
- Graduation with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- FMCG/Logistics/E-Commerce background preferred
- Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to hire and manage a distributed team and prior experience of the same
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical a commercial acumen
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
