Assistant Manager- HR is primarily responsible for ensuring that as we scale up our operation and introduce the appropriate HR systems and policies in place they are aligned with our culture and dynamic nature of our business.
- Introduce an onboarding program for new employees to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the Grofers culture
- Documentation for New Joining’s, Appointments and Confirmations etc
- Maintaining MIS & database for employees
- Lead & drive Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction & Retention for the Business Units/Region
- Ensure resolution to employee’s issues / grievances within SLAs
- Lead & drive the Business HR activities (new initiatives, policies & strategies)
- Benchmark for best practices and trends related to HR in market
- Responsible for designing Reward & Recognition Programs
- Organize cultural/fun activities
- Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. promotions, performance management, benefit plans, retention strategies etc) according to geographic guidelines
- Responsible for day to day general HR activities

Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA- HR from a recognized University/Institute
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in handling on boarding and induction process
