Tech Startup Customer Success Paid Internship

Accelo is looking for an outgoing, compassionate and diligent individual to be a part of our all-star customer success and account management teams. This role will work directly with each member of both teams, in all facets of internal and client facing work.

You will be contributing directly to the growth and prosperity of the Accelo user base and community. The role gives you the opportunity to rotate through all positions and their prospective responsibilities within client success and account management. This will allow you to see and experience multiple roles within the business, as you learn and adapt to each!

Accelo is a SaaS business automation tool for SMB professional services organizations. We help small, medium business get back to the work that they love. Responsibilities:

  • Proactive outreach to small-medium size clients with set goals of account retention and growth.
  • Assist in crafting helpful responses to all customer inquiries and general problems, both online and over the phone.
  • Help co-ordinate and drive custom onboarding plans for new customers.
  • Complete key product implementation tasks including internal project setup, client database imports, and dynamic scheduling.
  • Help improve our onboarding and help documentation, both online and offline.
  • Development of your own customer retention plan for new clients and how it can be implemented internally.

What we're looking for:

  • Ability to empathize with the challenges faced by users, new and old.
  • Can articulate complicated ideas in a simple and precise manner.
  • Fantastic customer service skills, strong phone presence.
  • High level of patience and friendly attitude.
  • Team player with a  capacity to adapt to various tasks and roles on a day to day basis.
  • Sense of humor ;)

 Bonus points:

  • Experience using SaaS products
  • Experience in Excel
  • Customer service experience

We are super flexible to school class requirements, other jobs or time commitments. We’re offering 2-3 days work per week at $15 per/hour. Out office is centrally located ( the heart of SoMa - 1st & Howard), with plenty of surrounding transport.
