As the Manager, Customer Support, you will run day to day operations and lead the long term strategic development of the Eaze Customer Support Team. The Support team is responsible for patient verification, customer support and dispensary support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading a team of customer support agents, have excellent communication skills (to both set the standard for the CS team as well as facilitate cross-functional initiatives with other departments), and have a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
