Junior Customer Success Representative

We are excited to be adding a new member to our Business Development Team: Junior Customer Success Representative who will take care of our clients with genuine enthusiasm and commitment!

  • What are the responsibilities of a Junior Customer Success Representative?

  • building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis,
  • providing clients with the best experience possible: analyzing needs, suggesting improvements and guiding clients towards tailor-made solutions to increase their satisfaction,
  • account planning and upselling products and services in order to grow our business with current clients,
  • proactively getting feedback from clients and creating action plans with Project Managers to resolve customer inquiries.
  • have experience in or some knowledge of IT/software consulting/SaaS market,
  • have working experience as an account manager, or a customer success representative in an IT company or a software house,
  • are familiar with CRM systems and Google tools.
