The Opportunity

We have built a fulfillment centre from the ground up, and we're looking for passionate team members to help us create an incredible customer experience and an amazing place to work! We are seeking an individual who thrives in a challenging, evolving work environment as our operations continue to grow. You will report to our Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Specialist. Your daily focus is food safety, you will assist in proper planning and execution of all regulatory compliance initiatives. You will assist in receiving all food items, identifying and resolving quality issues, maintaining detailed reports, and communicating with our Production Team to ensure we deliver the best product to our customers every time. Our fast paced environment demands passion, multitasking, high attention to detail, the ability to perform with a sense of urgency, and keen problem solving and organization skills.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education preferred in Food Science or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products
  • Thorough understanding of HACCP principles
  • Experience working in a CFIA registered facility
  • Highly Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Effectively communicate, coach and inspire associates
  • As we are working with fresh food, a large part of our facility is refrigerated. Must be comfortable working in cold temperatures.
