Country Manager - Finland based in Europe

As part of the role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies in your market to meet agreed company objectives. You are innovative, motivated and excellent at what you do. That is why you have exceptional client service skills along with a proven track record of managing successful and profitable relationships in a similar role.

You are service minded, thorough and a positive person, with a real can do attitude. You can evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. It’s fun overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional material and activities. Your experience has allowed you to have a good understanding of the Finnish market, of how businesses operate internally and you get a buzz from building positive working relationships with multiple teams. You are sociable, fun and comfortable working in a fast paced team environment. We are supportive and foster a spirit of entrepreneurialism and in turn you are looking to expand and grow your expertise with us. You will be working on a consultancy basis unless based in one of our offices in London or Malta.

Success looks like this:

  • Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the team - this should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives and push your territory and products forward, working with all departments for execution
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge across all brands
  • Media planning, negotiation and buying
  • Brand Strategy for ComeOn!, Suomikasino and Mobilbet
  • Monitoring forums and communities
  • Update social media channels in Finland
  • Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  • Establish a great relationship with existing and new affiliates
  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
