We now need a tech-savvy, charismatic and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our already dynamic and successful UK Sales team based in Soho.
Manage an already established, high-performance sales team
Be in charge of maximizing business customers’ satisfaction and retention
Work with internal and external recruitment teams to identify, recruit and onboard great talent
Hold responsibility for developing the team's know-how of our product
Provide a weekly progress report to demonstrate performance and ideas generated
Enhance and develop growth within the team, and ensure plans for growth are in line with the rest of the business.
Carry out strategic market research and produce weekly sales forecasts
Cooperate with Marketing Team in building one of the largest and the most technologically advanced alternative lenders in the UK
Have additional responsibilities and requirements dependent on business needs
