Channel Sales Coordinator

Lightspeed is seeking a commercially driven Channel Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Channel Sales team. Located in Amsterdam and reporting into the Manager, Channel Sales BLX & DACH, the Channel Sales Coordinator will work closely with a team of territory Channel Sales Executives, facilitating the daily operations of the Channel team, including overseeing lead referrals & pairing, product quotes, reselling application requests, and more. 

You will assist the Channel team in developing and maintaining profitable relationships with Lightspeed resellers & distribution partners. Your daily tasks include analyzing new partners and managing reselling application requests. You will help in overseeing the lead referral process, make sure that our partners act in line with the Partner Program (e.g. have a dedicated conversion-optimized landing page of Lightspeed), and work on channel marketing initiatives to generate more revenues with our partners. You will also aid in the launch of larger distribution partnerships. You will thus be a key asset in the team and help build the channel program in the region. Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee ongoing lead pairing with existing partners
  • Review and process partner application forms; participate in the recommendation of prospective partners and help grow the channel network
  • Track and manage partner certifications
  • Prepare reports to monitor as and when needed
  • Participate in and help to coordinate and drive Channel marketing initiatives
  • Answer inquiries via phone/email and communicate any changes/updates to partners
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Channel Sales department
  • Track and manage partner promotions
  • Manage other sales projects as required
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

Requirements

  • University degree (BSc. or MSc.) in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience
  • 0.5/1 years commercial work experience, working in sales/business development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Assets

  • Retail, Restaurant or eCom experience or B2B software
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Excel
  • Interest in technology
  • A third EU language (German or French)
