We are seeking a data driven HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Team.  The ideal candidate loves details as you will be responsible for the precise execution of HR processes and programs.  You will be tasked with the operational support of our global workforce which includes some of the process behind on-boarding and exiting employees, processing all employee changes, data entry and verification, assisting with benefits administration and supporting our HR Business Partners.  You will be working with a team of high energy, high results oriented individuals that strive to ensure delivery of quality customer focused services.  

 

Success Drivers:

  • Provides support services to all levels of the organization related to HR Operations and policies with a high degree of customer satisfaction, balancing employee advocacy and business operating needs
  • Responsible for employee on-boarding and new hire orientation which entails the collection and verification of new hire paperwork (includes I-9 processing)
  • Researches and coordinates resolution of missing or incorrect data
  • Assists with benefits and leave administration
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • May assist HR systems with auditing data, data integrity, and support
  • Works collaboratively with the team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes; supports the HR and Talent team on a variety of tasks

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Minimum of two years experience within a Human Resource team
  • Customer service focused
  • Action and detail oriented
  • Absolutely loves data and has a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and standard reporting
  • HRIS/HCM experience required
