What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Center Administrator to complete reporting and data entry assignments for the Workforce Planning Team.


  • Able to work independently to generate several report types from several sources 
  • Check in large groups of Temporary workers for their shifts in production
  • Manage and update several key spreadsheets used for Rosters, Transfers and Schedules

  • Use Kronos to enter time card corrections, and other requests

  • Assist Associates with time card questions and requests

  • Inventory and distribute associate consumables such as Jackets

  • Assist HR with Orientation and Hiring Events

  • Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written.

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Proficient in Excel, knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables preferred.

  • Proficient in Google Tools including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

  • Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated environment (10°-40°)

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without

    reasonable accommodation

Internal Requirements
  • Must be in current role for a minimum of 60 days

  • Must be in good standing, free of any corrective action plan, attendance issues or performance
