Hired is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in more than a dozen cities in North America, Europe and APAC and plans to expand to a variety of industries and job categories. This individual can sit in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
A Talent Advocate is the guide for Engineers through the Hired platform process.They have a close pulse on the technology job market and use these insights to help candidates succeed. They are the experts that engineers can lean on; they provide guidance on how to interview, what to prepare for, and ensure that candidate’s offers align with their career goals.
Our next Talent Advocate will ideally have a firm understanding of not just tech, but start-up recruiting and the high demand for engineers locally. You'll be working with around 80-100 candidates a month (hand delivered by our talented Marketing and Curation team) to guide them in our marketplace setting. A Talent Advocate does not simply care about getting someone a job but improving every detail that goes into finding an amazing opportunity.
Talent Advocates are not graded on endless metrics but rather work towards team hiring goals while creating the best job search experience. We concentrate on measured candidate experience and simple marketplace success metrics. We love people who can own new projects, work across multiple teams, and manage themselves efficiently. The future of the role is limitless and we’re looking for people that can hone their current skills - and craft new ones - to be effective in other areas of the company. At our current stage of growth it's essential for us to hire the future leaders of the company now to keep our culture of promotion from within.
