About the role
This position will be responsible for leading the strategic design, administration and on-going improvements to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and internal tools. This role will plan and coordinate change management of processes towards improvements and upgrades to the system through use of best practices. A critical success factor for this position will require partnership with internal customers including Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance and Development to understand business needs and discover solutions that lead to more effective business operations and increase company profitability. This position reports to the Senior Product Lead for Internal Tools and will work closely with the VP of Sales/Customer Service, Sales, Customer Service, and Claims.
Own the strategy and product roadmap for all internal business operation systems, including recommending software or solutions to meet internal needs and requests
Analyze and leverage data to inform and support decisions as well as measure success
Collaborate with developers and database administrators to ensure that the CRM systems meet business and user requirements, test and implement upgrades and improvements in accordance with standard change management process, and identify and resolve system issues
Develop, document and maintain system administration policies, procedures and training plans for internal end-users, including internal training to ensure successful implementation and execution of product tools and programs
What’s in it for you you

3+ years of product management
2+ years focused on CRM, including creating specs for the UI design for these internal tools
2+ years experience writing technical specs for the development team
Bonus points for 1+ years experience with Salesforce.com CRM and PRM implementations including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, Force.com and Communities
