HR Compliance Specialist

What will you get to do?

  • Take on the role of Background officer - administering all existing employees through the checking process, being the Global Background lead for all disputes/ discrepancies
  • Ensure that we have a compliant process and all systems, platforms and contracts are amended in line with our Background verification needs
  • Organise visas and work permits
  • Become the main point of contact for employees who are relocating to and from Estonia and offer them the best experience
  • Administer other ongoing projects
  • Become part of a great team

What do you need to have?

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to work with external service providers
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills both in Estonian and English, demonstrated experience of employee customer service
  • Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations
  • Ability to handle professionally and discretely confidential information
  • Drive for constant improvement and to find ways to improve processes
  • Can-do attitude and a positive mindset, perform as a team player
  • Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with colleagues
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Could give you an advantage:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal or HR
  • Prior experience in visa / work permit processes
