What we’re looking for

Narvar is seeking a high-energy Enterprise Sales Manager to manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives and drive revenue. The Enterprise Sales Manager will take ownership of the enterprise team’s revenue generation, and assist their team in developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, closing enterprise-level deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of our offerings, as well as the strategic thinking to manage an Enterprise Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed targets and performance metrics
  • Mentor and develop the Enterprise Sales team for career growth within the Narvar sales org through onboarding, training and coaching
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Define clear employee performance goals and identify objectives to maximize sales productivity
  • Manage complex cross-functional relationships and present to VP and C-level staff including operations, marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain  
  • Assist and coach team in identifying and closing new opportunities for growth including upsells, cross sells, service opportunities, and referrals
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet quarterly sales targets

 Qualifications

  • 1 year of managing enterprise sales teams
  • Minimum of 7+ years quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience selling to multiple personas at VP and C-levels
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience managing a team closing deal sizes of $100-500k
  • Fanatical about customer care and tenacious at solving every problem with a smile
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field related experience
