What we’re looking for

Narvar is seeking a high-energy Commercial Sales Leader to manage a team of Commercial Account Executives and drive revenue. This Sales Leader will take ownership of the team’s revenue generation, and assist their team in developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of our offerings, as well as the strategic thinking to manage and grow a sales team.


  • Manage and develop a team of 8-10 Commercial Account Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed targets and performance metrics
  • Mentor and develop the team for career growth within the Narvar sales org through onboarding, training, and coaching
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Define clear employee performance goals and identify objectives to maximize sales productivity
  • Assist and coach team in identifying and closing new opportunities for growth including upsells, cross sells, service opportunities, and referrals
  • Create and execute sales plans to meet quarterly sales targets


  • 2-3+ years of managing Commercial sales teams
  • Minimum of 4+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to multiple personas at VP and C-levels
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Experience managing a team closing deal sizes of $10-40k
  • Fanatical about customer care and tenacious at solving every problem with a smile
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field related experience
