We are looking for an Office Manager to support our growing company and be the curator of office operations. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will be heavily involved in growing a company and supporting the development of a dynamic organization. You will join an incredibly driven group of people working together with a common purpose.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain an organized and efficient office space
  • Purchase company equipment and supplies
  • Organize office functions including our weekly company lunch, new hire happy hours, and other team events
  • Represent the company with building management – address any facilities related issues
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and reconcile credit card expenses
  • Prepare shipments; receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Welcome and make arrangements for guests, including candidates, customers, suppliers and investors
  • Participate in the hiring of new team members through interview coordination and new hire onboarding
  • Become the go-to expert on office policies, procedures, and organization
  • Support supply chain activities by keeping inventory counts and assisting with assembly preparation
  • Support office moves, expansions and relocations
  • Liaise with Accounting, People Ops and Operations teams as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have related previous experience
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support rapid growth
  • Progressive and creative approach to workplace and employee experience
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to resolve routine day-to-day operational issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with and ability to learn new technology
  • Comfort handling sensitive and/or confidential information
  • Humility and willingness to learn from mistakes

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with HRIS/people systems and Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience sourcing and handling recruiting logistics
