 The Role: 

We are seeking an Admissions Producer, Online Courses to join our fast-paced and rapidly expanding team. Your primary responsibility is to manage the entire admissions process from lead to close for our Web Design Circuit product, our first mentor-driven online course teaching Visual Design, HTML and CSS. This new product requires a new consumer-facing admissions flow that the Admissions Producer will create.. 

A potential students’ first point of contact with GA must be a positive experience and the Admissions Producer is responsible for hitting weekly and monthly enrollment targets while ensuring that every candidate enrolled has the necessary requirements to be successful in the program. The Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage and respond to a high volume of prospective students efficiently;make 40+ calls per day to student leads
  • Implementing and sticking to a contact strategy and prioritizing leads
  • Understanding a students needs and tailoring a conversation to answer questions and council on the available potential solutions and GA’s offerings
  • Own targets and manage a robust student pipeline; build and cultivate relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Interview prospective students to ensure that their qualifications and interest are a match for our programs
  • Counsel prospective students on understanding the value of and commitment to the GA program - you're going the help them make a big life change!


Required in this role:

  • Proven experience in Sales, BD, or Recruiting ideally in online education and sales
  • 1-3+ years work experience
  • Experience using Saleforce, creating and running reports a plus
  • Strong cold-calling experience
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Driven by meeting numbers and has experience exceeding quotas
  • Ability to analyze quantitatively, dive deep into the details, and problem-solve
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills while still remaining welcome, understanding, and empathetic
  • Experience in sales for an online product a huge plus
  • Passionate about MOOCs or online learning a plus
  • Working experience with Excel
