Adherence Specialist

We're looking for an Adherence Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing health coach work to ensure standard operating procedures are followed. Our team's mission is to understand and shape what quality digital health coaching looks like, and we strive to deliver a personalized experience for each participant.

This role will be project-based, and hours may vary each week based on needs of the business. This part-time, on-call role is best suited for those who value flexibility, may have other commitments, and are not looking for full-time work. There may be a week, or several weeks, where we will not require hours from this role. The ideal candidate is passionate about the growing field of digital health coaching and is willing to explore this project-based role.

Your Impact:

  • Reviewing health coach communication with participants 
  • Determining whether coach messages meet internal guidelines
  • Assist our Health Coach Operations Team in various projects to help keep the program innovative
  • Strive to extract meaningful insights from health coach communication

You Will Be Successful If You Have:

  • Entry level applicants welcome but some experience in an office environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate to contribute to the team
  • Comfortable with completing tasks requiring repetition and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in an unstructured & shifting environment where things may change rapidly
