Head of Programmatic Sales Brazil

Teads is looking to hire a Head of Programmatic Sales for Brazil
This individual will be responsible for driving the growth and revenue of Tead’s growing programmatic business in Brazil. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Developing deep relationships with key Agency Trading Desks, Client Trading Desks, and DSP's
  • Partner with agency sales team, to drive programmatic revenue for the local market.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate
  • Analyze the programmatic revenue trough PMP and OX, and apply improvements. 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience developing business and relationships with Trading Desks, DSP’s, and other programmatic partners preferably with an SSP/exchange and/or a publisher.
  • 4-6+ years of experience working within media, ad tech, or online advertising
  • A deep understanding of the digital media advertising landscape (video and mobile experience a plus)
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal teams including sales, marketing, as well as outside technology partners
  • Proven track record of top performance measured against business growth, revenue, and other variables
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Previous management experience required
  • English is mandatory
