The Role

We are looking for an energetic and professional HR Coordinator to help support our employees globally, and our HR team on a variety of HR needs.  As a key member of the HR team you will work with our recruiting and HR team to create great candidate and employee experience.



  • Provides Tier 1 level HR support to employees: answering questions related to benefits, HR programs, onboarding and general policy & procedures according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the optimization of HRIS system and oversee all HR transactions including compensation changes, manager changes, terminations and ensuring all other personnel data is accurate
  • Assist with new employee pre-hire activities: day one onboarding preparation and execution
  • Create and maintain HR and benefits record keeping, including personnel files, medical files and I-9 Compliance
  • Responsible for full transition to online record keeping
  • Support HR team as needed on daily tasks, special projects and programs



  • 1-2+ years of HR or administrative experience in a professional working environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion; maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively  
  • Ability to work well within a team
