What you’ll be doing

As Development Team Lead, you'll provide technology, delivery and people leadership for a team of developers working on the Envato Elements product. This role works with stakeholders and all members of the delivery team to drive development work and take responsibility for getting new products and features into the hands of our users.  At Envato, the development team also operates our websites and supporting systems, so this role also provides leadership in the operational areas of the business, including infrastructure, performance, security and production support.

Envato Elements is the first unlimited download, community-generated design subscription for agencies, designers, marketers and other creative professionals. The only design subscription service using a progressive subscriber share model, Envato Elements is transforming how the digital community both buys and sells designs online by providing fair compensation for its content creators. The custom built software running the Envato Elements platform is less than a year old and is built upon a modern tech stack that includes React, Redux, Webpack and Ruby on Rails.
