Pindrop is looking for an UK-based Application Support Engineer for our Customer Success team that will be a key player when deploying Pindrop's bleeding-edge solutions. Our Customer Success team manages smooth deployments and ensures our clients receive prompt, courteous, and expert technical assistance. The Application Support Engineer works closely with Professional Services, Engineering, and Sales to ensure Pindrop is delivering overall superior service and support to our customers.
This team operates at the highest tier of escalation to resolve production issues while supporting deployments and upgrades. The Application Support Engineer will hold the responsibility of several escalations simultaneously from beginning to end. The resolutions may require working with Engineering on development of a fix, to diagnosing a conflicting in API call. The Application Support Team does not operate in a high volume ticketing environment. But applies their expertise in targeted escalations with a mind for premier customer support working with our clients' technical teams.
