Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a spectacular, one-of-a-kind Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee company-wide recruiting and strategy. Your job? Bring the absolute best talent into Warby Parker.  

What you’ll do:

  • Understand Warby Parker’s business, brand, and culture to create best-in-class candidate experiences
  • Implement innovative recruiting strategies to fill open roles quickly, efficiently, and within budget
  • Mentor, coach, and lead a team of 4+ recruiters
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve our recruiting process—ensure that our process is efficient, streamlined, and focused on candidate experience
  • Chip in and actively recruit for open roles as needed (especially senior roles)
  • Gather, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics—and use insights to inform decision-making
  • Bring a strong point of view that drives out-of-the-box thinking and motivates your team
  • Manage a recruiting budget for vendors, events, job postings, and other tools
  • Manage relationships with all recruiting vendors

Who you are:

  • Armed with 6+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume, fast-growth Retail and/or Tech environment preferred
  • Experienced in recruiting for a variety of roles, levels, and functions (experience recruiting for senior roles is a big-time bonus)
  • An excellent communicator, collaborator, and relationship-builder
  • An outstanding people manager (and person in general!)
  • Innovative and up-to-date on the latest and greatest recruiting strategies, technologies, and tools
  • Process-oriented and metrics-driven, plus you use data to drive your decision-making
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • A complete natural at networking, making connections, and meeting new people
  • Equipped with a strong point of view when it comes to recruiting and unafraid to push back on hiring managers and senior leaders
  • Very familiar with applicant tracking systems
  • Able to use feedback as fuel to continuously improve yourself and your team
