The VP of Sales is a critical member of the senior leadership team. We are looking for a talented professional to develop, direct, and lead Mattermark's sales function. The successful candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on manager, capable of scaling with the organization and adapting in a fast-paced environment with innovative problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication. The VP of Sales reports to the CEO as a member of our executive leadership team and partners closely with marketing, product, and key business areas across the organization. This is a role with a significant seat at the table, board level visibility, and meaningful ownership upside in the company.
