The IT Services Technician will be located in eatsa’s SF headquarters, and will focus on meeting (and anticipating) the IT needs of corporate users. Will be responsible for new user provisioning, G-Suite management (Google Apps for Work), all in-house networking technology, and all conference room technology. This person will be tasked with delivering inventive solutions to common office problems. They will also have the opportunity to learn eatsa store support and new store provisioning, with additional duties assigned as time allows. Technology should never stand between us and getting the job done, and this position will play a key role in ensuring that for our HQ staff.
