People Operations is the critically important foundation to employee success at DoubleDutch and influences every stage of the employee lifecycle. As the head of this multi-faceted organization, the Director of People Operations is ultimately responsible for staying attuned to the pulse of the employee voice and ensuring DoubleDutch is effectively balancing happy employees with building a healthy & scalable business. This role reports to the Chief Customer Officer.
