Customer Success Manager

This role will be apart of Euclid’s Client Success team, which owns the client relationship from on-boarding through renewal. CSM’s are responsible for coordinating internal resources across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Data Science to deliver excellent service to our clients. As the primary client interface, you will manage projects internally and externally on behalf of clients, maintaining status documents and project plans. This team member is directly responsible for driving revenue through adoption and use of the Euclid service, as well as product demonstrations and training during the sales process.

We are looking for candidates who have proven expertise prioritizing and managing multiple, simultaneous projects as well as developed data analysis skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has an unwavering commitment to excellence, a great attitude, a strong work ethic, strong analytical skills, and a passion for solving customers’ problems. Direct experience in building client relationships, establishing project strategy and deliverables, managing project resources and client expectations are a strong plus.
