Doughbies is looking to hire a hardworking and enthusiastic Pastry Chef. This individual will work closely with the Head of Culinary to create new recipes and produce delicious products each day. We are a startup so you will be doing a little bit of everything! It is a team effort & we work to support one another & fill gaps where needed.

Who You Are:
You are enthusiastic, energetic & want to learn more about pastries & baking. You want contribute to a fast growing team & learn from our experienced French Pastry Chef! We are looking for motivated team members full of energy, enthusiasm & excitement.
What You’ll Do:
- Mix dough for our daily production
- Help produce other unique products we create
- Develop new recipes with our Head of Culinary
- Inventorying & product ordering
- A little bit of everything
More About You:
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- You have experience working in a kitchen (preferably a bakery)
- You’re a quick learner
- You’re interested in learning and growing with a team
Hours & Compensation:
- Monday - Friday
- 5:00 am - 1:30pm
- Full-time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
- $15.00 per hour
- This role is contract-to-hire
