VimpelCom - one of the largest telecom groups in the world, operating in 14 markets and headquartered in Amsterdam - is looking for the Head of Self Service to join our Global Commercial team. The role will be focused on building strategies for customers to migrate to Online and/or the Vimpelcom App as preferred channel and improve the user experience and customer satisfaction. The Head of Self Service will be responsible for online self service across the Group as well as setting and delivering of online self service strategy, roadmap and development of the portfolio of functionalities, UX and UI. Main target is to increase self- service adoption via online platforms versus call centers.
