The Online Chat Specialist position will interface online with many potential and current customers, guests, as well as our current students, members and partners from time to time as they navigate our website. You’ll support our company goals by ensuring web users questions regarding our courses, campuses and services are answered promptly and thoroughly ensuring an overall positive experience and impression of Galvanize for the end user. You will also support our membership and student enrollment goals in ushering leads from the web chat through to our membership and enrollment teams.
For this reason, we're looking for a candidate that operates at a highly organized and efficient level. This person should possess excellent written communication skills, the ability to multitask and the drive to seek mastery in their position. Previous live web chat, customer ticketing system, community management and customer service experience is strongly preferred for this role.
