Senior Account Manager

As our Senior Account Manager you will own a portfolio of QLD clients including some of the world’s leading companies to deliver strategic and innovative digital solutions. With a sharp, creative and commercial mind you will be a leader within the client services team and key to growing partnerships across the Squiz

A day in the life:

  • Managing a portfolio of Enterprise level accounts and helping drive new sales
  • Building a pipeline with the guidance and support from the sales leadership team
  • Networking and reaching out to people who may not have met you, starting conversations, sharing the Squiz story and identifying strategic business opportunities
  • Establishing long term relationships with senior contacts in our Enterprise clients, often spanning multiple projects, as you help them adopt various components of our Customer Experience Platform
  • Consult and collaborate with the Squiz strategy and UX teams

  • Experienced within digital or software account management
  • Strong commercial focus, able to turn opportunities into transformational engagements and success stories
  • Ability to work towards commercial targets
  • Demonstrable experience building strategic client relationships at c-suite level
