Cleanly was founded in Manhattan in 2014, with the mission of giving people more time to do what they love! If you’re anything like us, you’d rather be doing anything else other than laundry. We service customers in Manhattan and Brooklyn with additional city expansion to come. We built the easiest way to get your laundry or dry cleaning done at the tap of a button. We’ve done this through a fierce focus on building density, extreme dedication to our customers, and superior technology.

Cleanly is looking for a Customer Care Representative to add to our growing Customer Experience team. You’ll be on the front lines of our growing company, solving customer issues, contributing to process improvement, and shaping the customer experience. We hold a high standard in providing our customers with the best experience possible, and we want your help.


Highly empathetic, an excellent communicator, have a great work ethic, and are a true self starter. You’re excited and have a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment and keep up with a company that’s growing and changing daily.


  • Be the first point of contact for our customers on the phone or email solving issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Turn stressful situations into seamless experiences
  • Outreach to customers to get more feedback
  • Work with our facilities and dispatchers to solve customer issues
