DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with customers via telephone and email
  • Clearly articulate to customers the products
  • Educates customers on product offerings and services
  • Clearly understand pricing structure and product's added value
  • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
  • Places a minimum of 50 outbound calls each day
  • Maintain and update database and customer records
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
