Business Intelligence Analyst
DogHero has reached product-market fit - dog owners and hosts love our product =) Now, we are super focused on scaling our product to millions of dog owners. If you have the right stuff, you are looking to make a big impact and use data to help make decisions that drive growth and higher customer satisfaction. You will work directly with both founders and other areas of the company.
Create custom data reports, visualizations and dashboards.
Collaborate closely with Product to improve product decisions, ensuring that they are informed by data.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to rapidly optimize their growth efforts, based on data.
Help founders to design our company-wide key performance indicators, and influence the business to optimize them.
Monitor KPIs to find new business insights.
Define and build DogHero’s data warehouse.
You have experience in Business Intelligence or other related competence and want to continue building a career in a data driven role.
You have a passion for finding answers and insights from data.
You love to be presented with a hard business question and you feel great when you present a useful response.
You have a very structured approach to problem solving.
You value environments where data and facts speak louder than HiPPO (Highest Paid Person’s Opinion).
You can easily go from data crunching work to a conversation about relevant issues that are happening with another team that need your help.

Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, KissMetrics and MixPanel.
Expertise in statistical methods and tools such as R and SAS.
