Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executing the monthly plan set by the Project Manager.
  • Setting meetings with agencies to set companies' expectations for monthly activities.
  • Dealing directly with the agencies to ensure the execution & implementation of the on ground activities.
  • Handling all activities with the Ushers.
  • Reports progress on each project to the Project Manager through the Dashboard.
  • Ensuring successful and timely hand-offs of tasks across groups.
  • Following up with Financial Team to generate invoices for agencies & related parties based on purchased services and in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Preparing written estimates of activities with the agencies based on labor, materials, equipment & other expenses.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the projects have the materials needed.

    • 1+ year work experience with demonstrated exceptional communication, problem - solving and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
    • Strong Communication Skills with proficiency in both Arabic & English.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Exposure to databases or data mining tools.
    • Detail and process oriented mind-set
    • Experience in Transportation Industry is a plus.
  • 1+ year work experience with demonstrated exceptional communication, problem - solving and organizational skills.
