The purpose of our Genesys Product Manager role is to drive the conceptualisation, development and rollout of features and product improvements to the Genesys platform used by our Careem Care call center agents. As Genesys Product Manager, you will work closely with Careem Care and Operations to understand the issues they face and be able to identify and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create roadmap for Genesys platform. Manage the entire Genesys product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature roll out. Identify, conceptualise, and develop new features and any amendments/improvements to existing system.
  • Collect feedback from Care organization to understand outstanding issues and potential fixes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and Care operations to prioritize backlog of new features and bug fixes using a data driven approach
  • Write requirements documents and work closely with Genesys developer to implement
  • Work agile, ensure a timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments
  • Serve as (or grow into) a subject matter expert on Genesys, including configuration, trouble shooting, reporting, etc.
