The Role:

As part of the People Operations Team you would be right at the heart of things at iwoca. As Team Assistant you would be expected to help making our CEO and Team-Captains more efficient but also to play a vital role in all office and event management, to make iwoca the best workplace in the world.

You would be joining a fast growing team (currently 120) of smart, humble and motivated iwocans that all have the burning desire to do great work that matters while having a good time too.

  • Diary and meeting management, organising lunches, conferences, and other events
  • Travel coordination - booking transport and accommodation
  • Assisting with team administration, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Devise great ideas for improving team happiness such as on demand office massage or thematic food weeks
  • Support the organisation of various iwoca clubs ranging from climbing to football to dancing
  • Ensure that we never run out of barista coffee, beer, cookies and other awesome stuff
  • You must have previous experience assisting to a large team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills is a must
  • You must have good organisational and time management skills
  • You would have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • You would have the ability to research, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • A can-do, positive attitude with a desire to do help out where necessary is a must
