Analytics Manager

As the analytics Manager, you will be part of the Business Intelligence team, and reporting to head of Business Intelligence.

You will lead a small team of very skilled data analysts. As such, you should have a hands-on attitude combining both strong technical and interpersonal skills. You will have a significant input of what the team will deliver, should be the driver of innovation within the analytics team. You will be a key contributor to the direction Business Intelligence will take.

Your role will be to innovate the use of data and analytics, to provide insights and deliver effective analytics, visualizations and actionable recommendations to stakeholders within the business.

Your analytical support will significantly impact the decision making capability of other functions within the company. You will apply your skills in processing and analyzing big volumes of customer interaction data to unveil new patterns and trends, address business questions and maximize campaign effectiveness.

A suitable candidate should have a passion for data and problem solving, background in analytics, experience in working with large datasets, and some experience in statistics and software development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Set the strategy and manage the day-to-day tactical operations of the Analytics/ Data Analysis team
  • Maintain and improve models and business processes used for KPI forecasting, customer lifetime value, segmentation and profiling
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and analyze performance optimization experiments
  • Take advantage of large amounts of data to understand how consumers interact with our products and support marketing campaign optimization, customer experience journey improvement, customer retention, segmentation and propositions development
