The UpTrending team has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager who can lead clients and internal teams to success in a variety of website design, development, and digital marketing projects. Our team specializes in helping startups and high-growth companies build their digital brand, and we need someone who can help lead our teams to drive tangible results.
This position is remote -- our Project Manager may work at the U.S.-based location of his or her choosing. We have offices in San Francisco, CA, Playa Vista, CA, and Lehi, UT if you're nearby and are able to work in a physical office.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the Director of Project Management, our PMs are responsible for directly managing client projects from initiation through launch. Project Managers plan and schedule project goals, key milestones and deliverables, and serve as a support to our design, development, and marketing teams on our projects. Each PM ultimately owns the success of his or her projects, and continuously monitors project schedule, budget, risks, client communication and reporting.
PMs understand potential risks to projects that impact schedules, budgets, and resources, and can identify solutions to resolve these issues in a timely, cost effective, and professional manner. PMs host our weekly client meetings to ensure we are moving at a proper pace, and that all of our priorities are in line with client expectations.

The perfect candidate possess a deep understanding in the technical areas of web design, user experience, websites and application development. Ideally, our PMs have the knowledge and understanding of front and back-end development best practices and terminologies.
