What you’ll do

As Sprinklr’s Client Experience Coordinator you'll be responsible for managing the experience our guests have the moment they step foot into Sprinklr. This includes welcoming and checking-in guests, keeping the reception tidy, ordering and setting up food for meetings and trainings, and assisting the Office Manager(s) as needed. The Client Experience Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining warm and welcoming environment for everyone, both internal and external.

What are your responsibilities

  • Reception: Welcome office visitors and manage guest arrivals; answer and direct calls from main phone line; maintain the professionalism and tidiness of reception area; manage meeting room equipment with IT as needed.
  • Mail (wo)man: Oversee inbound and outbound mail and packages alongside the office managers and ensure it’s area is keep organized and behind the scenes.
  • Scheduling Wizard: Assist with resolving conference room scheduling conflicts, coordinate logistics for meetings as needed (e.g. scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food and drink etc)
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Responsibly anticipate needs and procurement of office, cleaning, and kitchen/pantry supplies; keep all areas fully stocked. Keep track of all charges on Facilities corporate credit card and submit expense reports semi-monthly to Finance.
  • Organizer: Ensure the Sprinklr office and conference rooms are kept in a clean and orderly fashion; manage local facility requests and emergencies (e.g. plumbing, HVAC, etc.); coordinate and oversee interoffice moves.
  • Culture Keeper: Contribute to and nurture our office culture and environment to keep employees happy and productive, support HR team with onboarding of new hires as needed.
  • Chief Fun Officer: Assist the Office Managers with planning, implementing, and coordinating internal events and social activities. 

Who you are and what makes you qualified

  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Gmail and Google programs.
  • You’re self-motivated and constantly searching for ways to do any job better.
  • You have great problem solving skills and drive for results; you naturally leverage proactivity, enthusiasm and organization to achieve your goals. 

  • Your communication skills are stellar and you’re able to professionally interact with all types of people from employees to clients to couriers
