We are recruiting for an Associate Director, Practice Management to lead global partner accounts. Our need is to find someone with a mix of business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management. Digital / traditional agency experience a plus. Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas exceptionally, be self-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects with little supervision. Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast paced environment.


  • A leader in the following areas:

  • Relationship management

  • Business development

  • Program / Enterprise Project Management


  • Manage 1-2 Global partnerships (from Global Service providers, Systems Integrators, Global Media / PR Firms, Traditional, Digital or Social Agencies)

  • Manage 2-4 Digital / Tech / Data partner relationships

  • Establish the cadence, processes and workflows for partner channels as well as driving business development through these channels

  • Lead the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams for partners and customers

  • Manage communications and activities for both internal and external resources

Key Skill Sets Required:

  • Channel business development skills

  • Account and relationship management skills

  • Enterprise Program management skills

  • Digital experience mandatory / required; Social experience is preferred

  • Ability to listen, comprehend, and execute

  • Freakish attention to detail

  • Consummate communicator (written & oral)
