Being a Partner Manager at TubeMogul

We are currently looking for a Partner Manager to join our growing Business Development team at TubeMogul. The Partner Manager is responsible for development and execution of media partnerships with a focus on premium and broadcast publishers. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital advertising, ad serving, and partner development.


  • Negotiate and grow relationships with key media publishers.
  • Act as technical and operational support for inventory partners and client services team
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Sales to identify new client-specific opportunities
  • Develop new packages and offerings aligning TubeMogul clients and partners
  • Educate clients and teams on publisher offerings and help make recommendations according to client needs
  • External facing partner support, integration management and issue troubleshooting


  • Large advertising agency, ad tech platform (DSP/SSP), or publisher experience
  • Strong ability to negotiate inventory deals and terms with media publishers
  • Highly organized with an operational mindset
  • Experience in media sales or business development a plus
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Top Tier partner communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of Tableau, Qubole or similar tools desired
  • Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and strong team player
  • Knowledge and understanding of programmatic buying, the publisher ecosystem, and online media metrics/analysis
