Data Engineer

Your Opportunity:

Do you like working with data? Do you want to use data to influence product decisions for products being used by people on daily basis? If yes, we want to talk to you.

Our data team works very closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Product Analysts, Marketers and Sales to figure out ways to acquire new users, retain existing users and optimize user experience - all of this using actionable insights extracted from our application data.

In this role, you will see a direct link between your work, company growth, and user satisfaction.


  • Build the data pipeline for the product
  • Lead data architecture and modeling
  • Implement data crunching processes while taking into account performance, scale, availability, correctness, monitoring and more
  • Interface with engineers, product managers and product analysts to understand data needs
  • Build data expertise and own data quality for allocated areas of ownership
  • Support existing processes running in production
  • Work with data infrastructure to triage infra issues and drive to resolution
  • Work closely with the research team to implement state-of-the-art algorithms


  • 2+ years experience with programming languages. RoR and Python - advantage
  • Experience using various database technologies. e.g. MongoDB, MySQL, Redshift, etc. – a must
  • 2+ years of experience in custom or structured ETL design, implementation and maintenance
  • Ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights
  • Ability and interest in managing and communicating data warehouse plans to internal clients
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or 8200/Mamram Alumni
  • Love coding
