The company was awarded in the Deloitte Fast 50 2014 as “Most Disruptive Innovator”, based on the process, digital engagement platform, tracking and effective approach of activating consumers at scale through word of mouth in a scalable and measurable way.

Based in our Madrid office, your role is to make The Insiders an integral part of the media-mix in the Spanish market. You pave the way on a daily bases to grow the awareness and relevance for Word of Mouth within the marketing & media communities and organizations on C-level and beyond. You are opening doors and managing stakeholders, influencers and key decision takers. You build and steer the Spanish sales team and make sure the internal organization is aligned. You report directly to the EU Managing Director. Hereby you fulfil successfully following tasks:

  • Hunting: Lead by example: opening doors, planning meetings, build relevance and acceptance for WoM, acquiring new clients. With your expertise you can present the advantages of WoM and are able to initiate meaningful links between client’s and the Insiders offering.
  • Farming: Supporting existing clients with best practices and research data on the efficacy of the WoM. You are able to bring collaboration with a client from occasional to regular. You are able to understand streams of decision-making and effectively use that information to develop long-term relationships with your clients and to define growth opportunities.
  • Management Sales Team: You are able to build, steer, coach and drive results with the team of business development managers. You are able to see the market opportunities and support where needed. You bring insights on how to sharpen up the sales process
  • Market Growth: You are able to optimize our marketing services, bring new insights and make our company stand out in business communities.
