As the Director of Product, you'll have the opportunity to build a team from the ground up that will make products with users, not for them. The product team will work closely with internal and external users and engineers to scope out new products and bring them to launch. You'll need to have solid technical and business chops and be comfortable in both a meeting with our CEO and sprint planning with the engineering team and you'll need to keep the teams on schedule and pushing towards our goals.

We are a tech and media analytics startup that grew out of the 2012 Obama Campaign where we used individual-level data to change the way the campaign spent their $500M media budget. Though we were outspent, our ability to target our audience in a sophisticated way meant our dollars were better spent than the opposition.
