We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Customer Success Organization (CSO). You will partner closely with the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Global Accounts Team to ensure we are enhancing the customer experience by supporting the goals of the relationship. This is a highly collaborative role, which requires excellent organization, clear communication and a passion for building customer relationships. This role will be interacting with our our largest customers, helping to ensure the account team drives maximum return on client investment.

Some of these responsibilities could include:

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of LinkedIn’s products and the impact they have on our partners
  • Manage process of creating business reviews including: consolidating format, proof reading and pulling standard reports
  • Complete ad hoc report generation for customers using multiple systems to help customers understand impact of LinkedIn partnership
  • Schedule client meetings including follow up logistics
  • Manage internal sales team communications and activities, including the Global Sales Partners and the Client Success Manager
  • Work within Salesforce to validate client contacts, update quarterly results and manage mail lists
  • Coordinate communication and activities for events including LinkedIn’s annual Talent Connect and executive briefings
  • Triages incoming client calls, working with clients on user issues and dashboard setup

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Availability of at least 2 year of internship, 30 hours/week from Monday to Friday.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Social media experience a plus
  • Advanced Spanish a plus
  • Experience working with or other CRM
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Requires highly motivated individual with a competitive personality and strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mind set
  • Strong interpersonal communicational and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Pro-active problem solver
  • Integrity, Passion & Humour are a must
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PPT)
