Demandbase is currently looking for a Senior Director of Product - Advertising Solutions, reporting to our Chief Product Officer, to drive the vision, design, and delivery of our full portfolio of new and existing advertising solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a line of business including product management, design, and management of the entire lifecycle of the products from inception, delivery, to continuous iterations
  • Managing internal and customer facing relationships to drive adoption, requirements, marketing, and support
  • As a part of the leadership team; work with sales, marketing, and executive team to provide direction, roadmap, and industry intelligence
  • Represent company and product for industry analysts, customers, and conferences

What is the minimum qualification?

  • Experienced product leader with 10-15 years of product experience who is excited about disrupting an established industry
  • Deep expertise in Adtech and also SaaS Sales and/or Marketing products
  • Ability to lead a product management team and influence others within the company and outside
  • Understanding of MVP and strong belief in lean product development methodologies
  • Founder or VP level experience at a startup (successful or failed)
  • Defining product roadmaps and delivering customer value iteratively
  • Proven ability to innovate beyond the now, but not reinvent the wheel
  • MBA from a top school or MS in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Industry thought leadership
  • Personal experience as an entrepreneur or sales and/or business development
