As the Office Coordinator for the San Francisco office, you're responsible for the day-to-day management of the office. We all wear multiple hats here, so you'll also pitch in on short-term projects and lead efforts related to our physical office environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain and organize office and appearance
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees and contractors
  • Assist with research projects, travel arrangements, and IT inventory
  • Schedule and set up meetings (in person and virtual, e.g. webinars)
  • Provide support for event coordination (e.g. identify venues, organize catering, photographers, event materials, etc.)
  • Provide day-of event support (register/check in participants, coordinate with caterer, help with room setup and breakdown)
  • Assist with invoicing and bill payment using our accounting system
  • Work with our "Ministry of Fun" to coordinate team outings, birthday celebrations, work anniversaries and activities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
