The Performance Marketing Manager will report to our VP, Growth and is expected to be a key revenue driver for the company. This role with be responsible for day-to-day strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns, oversight of media agencies, and user experience across the entire customer lifecycle (including awareness, acquisition, retention).The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with experience directly managing performance-based marketing campaigns, working with external agencies, and optimizing for conversion (both on-site and off). They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of marketing channels, working with Head of Growth to determine budget allocation between programs, and developing a strategy to drive customer acquisition growth and optimize for CPA and ROI.We’re looking for someone that constantly wants to grow and optimize. Experience with managing marketing campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, etc) is essential; and advanced Excel functions, A/B testing, and advertising platforms should all be second nature.
